Ilham Bouzieh started making pastries for friends and neighbors in her village. Her work was so delicious, her friends and neighbors encouraged her to go into business baking them for school canteens. Less than a year later, this housewife from the West Bank village of Kefl Haris needs her family to help her bake enough to meet all the demand.
