Hairdressing is a valuable skill for Fatima. In Zarqa, it can be very difficult for the local Jordanian population to make ends meet. Fatima also has unique issues, she is married but her husband is hospitalized and the couple need a new home. Through NEF and the US State Department’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration she is learning to better manage her business and the income it generates, as well as expand her home business. Now Fatima can do the work she loves from the comfort of her home.
