Global policy responses to the COVID-19 pandemic have prompted a rapid shift in the way organizations deliver programs and communicate with program participants. Restrictions have made group gatherings, in-person training, and data collection difficult or impossible, forcing providers to digitize many of their services.
Near East Foundation’s Rachel Bass joined Dennis Mello of PCI-Global Communities, Julia Arnold of the Center for Financial Inclusion at Accion, and Christina Manfre of TechnoServe to present a Learning Space at the 2020 SEEP Annual Conference that explored opportunities and constraints associated this digital shift.
Check out the session recording below for tangible recommendations and lessons learned from recent digitization efforts in Sub-Saharan Africa, MENA, the Americas, and Asia.
